It is generally difficult for a TG or any girl from a 3rd world country to get a holiday visa to Oz.

Proof of her good regular income and a good reason for her to return home are generally the pre-requisites.

A sponsored engagement visa is generally easier but still difficult. In a lifetime you will only get one or two of these. So use this approach wisely and only if you intend to marry.

If she has family in Oz a holiday visa sponsored by her family is a good way to go.

A study visa can be good but expensive for the course fees etc but if extra curricula activities with a BF are found to be involved.....the visa will definitely not be issued.

I would suggest that you have the holiday in Thailand!
