Well the local privates miss diagnosed wifey until she died.. Her cousin drunkenly drove into the back of a car and we met some wachiwa costs.. Wachiwa was pretty dumpy IMO.. Wards of hot beds and no doctors / few nurses..
Also had a mate who ended up in wachwa through no money, no insurance and food poisoning / bad liver.. Again thought the place pretty poor.. Maybe its just wachiwa but no way I would put it even close to UK NHS (which has done me ok on a few occasions).. Maybe UK NHS aint bupa, but Thai gov hospitals I would say it beats hands down (as it should)...
