I though it could be a good thread for us to offer hotel/guesthouse owners our recommendations/experiences.
I have a few in mind based on what I hear from BMs...
- Hotels with WIFI: Use more than one wireless access point to give good coverage to all rooms, e.g. top floors. Its a small investment and many AP:s have these linking capabilities
- Why not provide a DVD player in each room? You can get for around ~1000 baht these days, and give you more happy customers
- Safety box big enough for a notebook, as more and more people travel with a computer (current topic in another thread)
