Are the bar owners only doing exactly what the soi owners are doing to them?? If the customer is willing to pay it, why not increase it?
No need to consider inflation or calculate it as a percentage to equal other increased costs, just put it up to whatever you can get away with!!
The topic of barfines has been done to death previously but heck is it not becoming ridiculous when you compare a bf of 500bht to st or lt costs?
