In four years in Thailand I may have paid a half dozen BFs. Like someone said meet them later. Most are all willing to do that.
LT and ST prices.... Paying these 2000-5000k prices really screws up the prices by paying those amounts. Eventually all the girls want it and worse thinking they deserve it. Supply and demand I always tell them when it comes to negotiating the business deal. Which is what it is. There another 10 waiting 2 meters away.

And why does it cost the same for a coca cola, ie cheap, ladydrink as a 'real' ladydrink? I wonder if the girls are encouraged/told to choose the most inexpensive drink (to boost profits for the bar owner).
Maybe like business people everywhere it's just about seeing what you can get. Whether or not it actually translates to big profits for the bar owner I don't know. Maybe the Thai? landlord just hikes the rent to cream off any surplus leaving the bar owner hiking the ladydrink price and barfine to compensate? So if they don't get income from the barfine presumably they would put up the cost of the drinks?
