If you are taking her out of an establishment where she work you pay the bar fine up front. Either all in advance or in smaller increments.
Normally you pay the girl at the end, however, 12 days may be a little long. Work it out with her.

IMO it should be 12 x LT unless you agree on something in advance. She may say Up-to-you, which largely will set the same expectations. Maybe 10k would be fair if 1k is normal LT.

Once you have BF'd her you can go wherever you want. She may encourage you to drink in her bar as she will still collect commission from lady drinks, where as in other bars she is just a customer.

If you want to take her for an extended period of time you may want to do the first few days on a day-to-day basis, unless you already "know" each other.
There will be some expectations on her part to be "taken care of" during the day, this includes food, you paying for joint ventures that cost money and that you treat her to a little gift here and there.
