Witty means that it is easy for you to think of smart, funny things to reply when someone else says something. Often it is said that someone has a quick wit, which means that they say something good right away without hesitation after someone says someting to you.
People usually like the guy with a quick wit. And it definitely helps you gt the girls(unless you are an asshole like you know who).
Dirty Mike is a good example of somebody who had a quick wit!!!! IJ is pretty good at it too.
