long long time ago , the first trip to phuket i stayed in Patong Merlin had to pay 500 thb JF but the girl wasnot aloud in the swimming pool , i got angry told the manager i not pay JF any more if she could not use the facilities , after that no more problems. next year i stayed in te same hotel and ther was a just married couple from holland the wife was dutch but has indonesian parents, the gards stopt her every day the first 3 days,she couldn't get in if her husband did not pick her up.after sorted it out with the manager and a lot of apologies the problem was solved, it is a good hotel but never stayed there again to many BS if u not have a farang GF
