In Thailand, it is customary that payment is due at the time of separation (normal ST/LT), whatever happened in terms of who pays for food has no merit as far as the "obligation" to pay for services.
The girl that would not make eye contact with you is a clear example of someone that was deprived of compensation. If you are still there and see her again; slip her some money and make good. Hardly any of these girls do this without expectations of compensations, but some will not ask.
You should clear your conscience and back-track. Pay up for services that you have rendered. Knowing the real deal, that should make you feel better.
