The guy whose started this thread took what i said in the way it was directed.
Not a personal attack on him but a opinion given openly on a forum.
It may sound harsh but it is generally my view on the subject shared by many even if they don't post it.

A agent finding a wife for me would be like as if i do not have a choice.
I will be finding a wife myself from the girls in Bangkok and doing it because i can. It has no connection to a sponsor sending money abroad to a person, or persons who have not committed to a long term relationship.
Now for the guy whose thread this is let me give you a more acceptable answer which may be more pleasing to the guys above who like to sit on the fence.
Here we go,
I think what you are doing will prove to the girl your a good person. Unfortunately they do not earn enough money in the bars so giving her monthly payments will be a big help for her. More importantly if you like the girl it will show her you are genuine and able to support her financially. It's a good step in building up your relationship with her.
