Being caught riding one drunk shouldn't be your main concern...
I can tell you what happens when you
come off a scooter with alcohol. You get busted up, maybe quite badly, maybe killed, probably have to go to the Emergency room/Hospital, loose a few days from your holiday (Bargirls will find you less attractive if your covered in Bandages, Cuts, Gashes and grazes), Money that will have to be paid, etc...
