Welcome to the board...As far as a choice between Phuket and Pattaya, it depends on what your looking for in a vacation. If your only interested in the nightlife then you might find Pattaya more your taste. However, if your looking for a combination of nightlife and a beach resort type of vacation then Phuket should be considered.
