Deli has lots of cheap wine / plonk but they have so many wines that have soured (is it purely climate ??) that i am put off buying anything over 1000 baht there as its hit or miss on if it will be vinegar or not.

I used to miss good wines a lot, my pallete must have gone to hell or i havent had a superb one in so long that I can drink the plonk without hating it like I did when i first arrived.

Well, that's handy....... you should fit right in with the ROSSO (drink of champions) crowd up in Kamalalala!!!!
On a more serious note.... I discovered, a couple of years ago, the they have got a wine club/ tasting thingy happening at the TATUM Mansions hotel on Soi Kepsap.
Just thought it may be of interest!!??
