They could start with using the video referee for situations like goal/no goal or if a player is fouled just inside or outside the penalty area and shoul get a penalty. These are key factors in a game. You shouldn't use the video for every questionable little foul.

Look for example last night when Sporting Portugal was denied a goal, despite the ball was about half a meter over the goal line.
