Would be very careful if using PIPS, my advice, stay in the apartment all the time they are there, check the time they arrive and time they leave and oh yeah check beforehand if they are still charging in 2 hour multiples of time. Note that they will send a number of people, this obviously racks up the hourly rate by number of persons, then watch one or two of them sit about reading to notch you into the next two hour charging rate.

I know of a few cleaners here in kamala but not companies specilaising in it. Think I would offer a fair price to a couple of local cleaning ladies, instruct them what I needed doing, windows etc, add an hour to your assumed time to allow for chat breaks!!
