I’m going to see an immigration specialist next week who deals with all the paper work and loops this end so I make sure I have my house in order and have everything in place at her end before I set off. Make sure I have the processes down to get everything done in minimal time. one thing though we wont have to worry about the 'what she has to come back to' part that tourist visa applicants do, as we'll already be married so we'll be after the permanent visa.

Just because you marry her is no guarantee you will get a settlement visa for her to live in the UK. I married a Thai out here, she'd already been to my UK home for 3 months the previous year....after we had married the settlement visa we applied for got refused. I ended up having to go to the Queens' representative to get the British Consuls' ruling overturned.
I do not have a pot to p1ss in right now in terms of savings/assets/etc.
That is certainly going to be a big negative regarding a visa application too.
