Hi - just come back from 2 weeks at the Seaview Patong and just wanted to ask a question. Torches were placed in our room after 19:30 on two seperate occasions. We checked with the night manager who stated that everyone got them and it was normal.

However, since returning we realised that we were perfume and 200 cigarettes missing and I know that before we packed (on the same night) they were in the room and when we returned and subsequently packed they weren't !!

I'm not accusing the hotel of anything, but just thought the torch thing was weird as they weren't given until late on in the evening. Would be nice to know that torches are given, and then I can try and reason where the things we were missing were !!
