(2) You can afford to bring a Thai lady to your own country but then consider POSTAGE an obstacle? Any clue as to how this would make this woman feel?

(3) I do a lot of international mailing and the only sure way is to use a commercial carrier (DHL, &c.) at whatever level of service you can-- take a deep breath here-- afford. Then, two days later, REPEAT.
