i been after a shift like that for 13 years.they used to allow it at my place but no more.best i can get is 4 on 4 off same as you do now.at present i am on 4 on 3 off.but next april will move to 4 and 4 and have 10 days a month in los.better than nothing.just gotta save some colataral to get me going ;(,even tho i get cheap tickets that and hotels is the biggest burden.
