The perpetrator (person that did it) may have assumed the car belonged to a farang.
Under Thai law it would have been deemed as the farang`s fault,because if he hadn`t been there it wouldn`t have happened.
In which case it was no use him hanging around or identifying himself.
Open and shut case,except for the door.
