I also think that the Road Traffic Accidents for locals affect their 'Personal Safety'' and it is not just the murders etc that people think this report relates to.
Although it would have perhaps helped if the finding and conclusions behind the results were also show and how they did their calculations etc.
Still feels a lot safer to me than Europe.
