I would also go for a cleaning job or waitress. Overhere it is even better to start like that because of the language. I think she will be able to pick up Dutch language faster if she has a working environment. I think in English speaking countries this will be a bit less of a problem.

Then once she feels settled a bit, she can always start something of her own, if she wants.
