If it were me, I would look for a waitressing job for her. No disrespect meant, but I think the cleaning job might lead to her being stereo-typed. The majority of cleaning people here (whether it be residential or commercial) can speak very limited English and it is one of their only options for employment. Any interacting with locals might end up giving her a bad impression of people from Vancouver. Besides that, most cleaning is done after-hours or when people are not around which would mean her interaction with others would be limited.
Waitressing on the other hand, she would be out in the public meeting people who are out socializing and having a good time.
