Love those eggs. First the egg is removed from the shell through a small hole and mixed with salt pepper and other sauces (maggi etc). The mixture is put back in the shell with a syringe and boiled. After boiling they are roasted over hot coals, you've seen the lady's walking around with these mini BBQ on the beach. Delicious.
