I'm looking for somewhere on the island that offers a good traditional xmas lunch. I know there are loads, but one that is recommended by someone who's been there or heard its fandabbydoshoosh.

Went last year to Surin, it was really good, drinks on the beach, popped into the restaurant and had a brilliant meal and great service, but......there's always a but, my friends on the next table had the worse service ever recorded since they first started serving xmas luches anywhere ever, so do not want to risk me getting their waiter, and chef, and non wine serving person and person who brings out fish when you have ordered Turkey and on and on and on....

Gee wants to go to the Green Man, but I'm not so sure and its probably fully booked by now, or it will be by the time I get round to booking it!!!.

So any suggestions would be appreciated.
