actually, I am allowed to invite soemone to visit under my work permit
from what ive been told, it is almost easier for me than a resident
it almost like they feel i need/deserve to have someone close to me come stay with me?

when i told her about my situation she had told me it is actually easier, especially i if was married
so i have got confirmation fromm the embassy in Thailand that i can indeed invite someone living in Canada under a work permit. i have also been told since i have a quite lengthy work permit(expires in 2010) that that is favorable aslo
