The very strong British Pound and Easyjet are wreaking havoc!! They are making international travel simply too affordable for too many young British 'football hooligan' types.
FWIW, some people here might know I am planning a European trip next year, so I have been doing a lot of research. The amount of reports I'm reading about out-of-control young British males running amuck in Europe is quite staggering. Sure, people only ever write "bad news stories" in forums, and for every 1 bad apple there are probably 5 or more good ones, but what the hell is going on with young Brits when they travel overseas?
Thankfully (touch wood) Thailand seems to have been immune to this problem so far...I think.
Hopefully that rant wasn't too off-topic; it sort of ties in....
