We have our problem here in SA but all in all it is still a great place to live.
LOS is good you will enjoy yourself, but from my understanding it is not a simple matter to just go live there.
Visit the place, talk to the BM's but above all do lots of research.. Use the search engine on this site as it is a good place to start and you will soon pick up the positives as well as the pitfalls..
