Popped into Summer Breeze today, the meter man was straight on me. I told him I was just going to be 5 minutes and then off, so not paying. He then asked the staff in SB if I was staying there, they of course said no, so he then tried again to make me pay. I told him again, no, because I was just popping into Sb and would leave in less than 5 minutes, he wasn't happy and let me know, but feck him.

Far end of the soi has been charged for ages but this trying to make you pay when you are using businesses in the soi, will in my opinion harm business for the owners. Yes it is only 20 baht but its a soi in a town, I use only when using the businesses in that soi, if I end up parking elsewhere, heh there's businesses elsewhere that can sell me their stuff instead.

Little greedy and very shortsighted by the soi owners. Anyway I'm human and don't like change!!!! (things altering not small coinage)
