I empathize with your situation.
Most yearn for someone to love and be loved, and if she's cute and sexy, then that's a huge bonus.
Unfortunately any couple involves two independent beings who have their own beliefs and desires.
If one of these girls successfully passes your criteria, coming from a third world land where it's a national ambition for single women to climb out of their poverty by securing a relatively wealthy falang, you have no way of knowing whether it's for you or the status you bring.
Sorry to sound so cynical but the only way to be sure, is to date women who are wealthier than you.

What I would do is meet women the natural way, and if something develops then go with it.
The way it works is you meet women and one day you'll fall for one. If she feels the same way you'll live with each other and your relationship will grow. In time you will develop a strong feeling of being inseparable. At this point you might start to consider marriage.
Having said that, I believe your betrothed is already out there waiting for you to find her.
