Virtually every poster here has given the same advice to you, going into lengthy detail about the why's and wherefores. Thought it's time someone said it straight, without repeating all the motivations as you seem to totally ignore everybody despite the fact that you asked for advice in the first place. Maybe you are just looking for justification. Doubt you'll find it here.
