It changes a bit from time to time.
I normally buy 1-2-call and have usually paid 100 baht with 50 baht call time.
In November it was 50 baht with 15 baht of call time.
Either way I believe the expiration was 30 days after activation.
300 baht top-up will give you another 30 days.
1-2-call currently have a promotion that 300 baht will give you an extra 60 days, but you have to call the call center and activate the promotion before you top-up.
The number for the call center is on the SIM card and starts with a period "." (I think it is ".AIS Call Center"). Normally I use about 150 baht per week when I am there.
