noise - construction - 24hr - any regulation?
Hi,

For the last couple of days they have been doing construction non stop 24hrs with no more than 5 minute breaks across from where I am staying on soi Tan in Patong. Apparently they plan to stop on January 1st. Aren't there any regulations in terms of night time - is there any point in complaining - and to whom (tourist police?).
