I must say I'm a bit confused. I only found your post about Sukhumvit soi 3 because I was looking for the correct spelling of Nana Tai (= Nana South = soi 4) and this forum came up in the Google results.

Maybe there's another Talbotman on this forum?

Anyway, Sukhumvit soi 3 IS soi Nana, and so is soi 4.

Soi Nana Nua = Nana North = Soi 3
Soi Nana Tai = Nana South = Soi 4.

So whoever this other Talbotman is, he was wrong on all 3 counts.
