Well the regular speed skates are ok. But how about the new clap skates or klapschaatsen???

Yes, I remember switching from real skates to hockey skates. Fell flat on my face quite a few times during the first couple of minutes after trying them. It is so different compared to using speed skates.

Pic 1 is a regular good quality speed skate for arround € 350 for a pair.
Pic 2 is a clap skate good quality for arround € 800 for a pair.
