Hah, that are speed skates too. But not with leather shoes, but plastic shoes just like those of hockey skates. They are destined for people with messed up ankles.
Just look at the blade of the skate. It is also long and straight.

Your pics are from the factory of Zandstra and mine are from Viking. They are the top 2 skate manufacturers here in Holland and especially the Viking ones are used by most of the professional top speed skaters. Viking is world leader in speed skates. Maybe similar as Bauer for hockey skates.
