Pattaya is the easiest place in Thailand I know to get around....songtaew taxi vans circulate the Beach Rd and 2nd Road constantly, jump on, jump off and only 10 or 20 baht a trip.
Take a look at Sabai Lodge, and email
sabailodge99@csloxinfo.com and see how much they want for a room for a month with breakfast....low season I'd think 15k would more than do it....it is in North Pattaya in Soi 2...but close enough and far enough from the main night life area if you get my meaning. Enjoy.
