Sorry, for interrupting, just want to correct your spelling of the street!
It's Soi Lengkee and it is the continuation of Soi Diana Inn(coming from second Road) once you cross Soi Bua Khao!
Lots of cheap accomodation in that area for 10000-15000 baht.
