About 10 years ago, I remember talking to a buddy of mine who had been to LOS many times already(I never had been then), and he said that he never bothered with farang chicks anymore, but waited til he spent 3 to 4 months in LOS each winter. Some years after that I got divorced and we had the same conversation again. I thought he was crazy. I mean who could go 8 or 9 months without getting laid. He must be nuts. I was still chasing any chick who wasn't fat and ugly, and if I really got hard up, maybe even a cute fat one on occasion.
And I had a lot of fun doing it.
I had never been to LOS. After a couple of years, it started to seem less like fun and more like work. Going out on a first date was too much like a job interview! Then I went to LOS! Now the only time I bother with farang chicks is when I first get back from LOS and I am used to that female companionship, and after having BGs tell me how handsome I am for the previous month or two, I think, "Sure, why not, they'd be lucky to have me."
And the increased confidence does make it easier to pull chicks. But gradually, the whole process of dating wears on me and before long it seems like work again, not worth the bother. In the past two weeks, I've had one chick ask me out twice, and another once. I said maybe, I'll call you back, but I never did. Of course, they are not babes, either.
So I'm itchin' to get on a plane back to LOS. BG or not, I could never get as good of treatment from a comparable looking woman here without having to jump through hoops like a circus dog, and sell my soul to them, signed and notarized in my blood! For what they offer, it is not a great deal here for me.
I'm just not into the 50/50 arrangement for decision-making, etc. When a woman wants you to agree to give her equal say in decisions, especially financial ones, then it is no longer 50/50, because they still want deferential treatment in most matters. You know, treating them like a lady, etc. 50/50 is a veto power that they will use to control your life. I feel that women should have the final say in most matters concerning the raising of children, if she is a good mother. But on all other matters, it should be the man who makes the final decisions, unless he feels that his wife is more competent than him and is willing to cede the decision-making power to her.
Women already have an advantage on men when it comes to sex. Because men are hornier and need sex, then women use that to control men. They use the whole love and fidelity thing to make a man feel guilty if he cheats, but IMHO, if a woman withholds sexual gratification from a man, particularly in an attempt to get her way in other matters, then a man has every right to "cheat", because she is cheating him out of the implied agreement that marriage includes sexual satisfaction for the man. If it didn't include sex, an adequate amount of it, why would any man get married unless he was a sexless wimp in the first place.
