late night internet in siem riep and phnom penh
i will be off the plane in the late afternoon and need to work on the internet from 21:00 to 04:00 that night, so I need a place that I can use

-wifi (my laptop)
-or internet cafe

and then be able to get safely to (hopefully a cheap) hotel afterwards. Can pay for an expensive hotel with wifi or lan or an internet cafe if no other choice - so suggestions about that are appreciated too.
