Going for a long weekend to Singapore next month and will be meeting up with a friend. On departing, i am leaving from terminal 3 and she is leaving from terminal 2.
Does anyone know if once i have checked in and entered into the departure area (passengers only) of terminal 3, can i then gain access to the departure area (passengers only area) of terminal 2 via sky train or other means or is access between terminals restricted to the public areas such as the check-in kiosk areas?
Hope someone can understand what i'm asking as i sent an enquiry to Changi airport customer service and they had no idea what i was asking.
