I always lose a bit a of weight in los (except last time as I couldn't walk), i think its due to the fact that I dont eat much during the day and the 24hr puke-a-thon that I tend to go through after 10 days. In fact, I only spotted myself in a photo on the MTB facebook page due to top I was wearing. Can you guess which top it was??????????? I look more defined than I remember being for a while.
AS for the low carb. I think I get rid of most of the carbs ive consumed after 10 days or so. But I always tend to change drinks every 2-3 days anyway.
