I always stay in Soi4 when i am in bangers, but i have never seen this person you speak about, but along the same lines as you, did anybody see the guy from the middle east who was always hanging around outside golden beer bar, ripped jeans and only a jacket, but always with a bottle of whisky??
I would see him sometimes open up his jacket and apply some BO spray, just to keep from smelling bad
