Maybe but aint they other 'incentives' offered on the side?

I know for a fact that a friend of mine got a scholarship to a large University to play football, in the south east of the states. The reason he and his family choose that particular Uni, was not down to the courses offered along with the team. But other 'perks' that they offered, which exceded similar inducements from other colleges.

Im sure if it happens so easily at Uni level, than in professinal sport, they must be at least a notion of this too.
