Having spent the majority of my "professional" life traveling ( hotels, dining out etc), I very much enjoy cooking and eating at home.
Being single, and having no friends
, I usually wind up cooking only for one. I have mastered the art of food preservation though...and, can eat "leftovers' for a couple of days after. 55555
Been cooking mainly Thai dishes recently. And have had received positive accolades from my guests (not friends).
