Actually incorrect.... he is the ex owner he sold it on because the place was getting a lot of bad press with late openings, raids and accidents early hours outside....hence it was giving him a bad name within the local powers that be..
He is now a part owner of Rio along with the Ruskies.... and yes he's quite a nice bloke...
