Yeah, I'd say you are normally correct - a bar fine paid means she doesn't have to dance her rotation (which in some bars - the old
Champions in Pattaya for example) can take 20 to 30 minutes.....
and buying a drink just means she comes back to you after her rotation....but I've seen it where if the bar is quiet a good mamasan will excuse the two or three girls that have drinks and let them keep working their customers....
