Thanks K2, have just looked at the site and the opening day (Thursday) looks the best if you do not want to run.
The run finishes up at Gloucester Park which is the city harness racing track. There is a about a 10 race program after they finish all the running etc. Will be a good crowd there in the evening at the races as it is in place of Fridays races as it is Good Friday next day.

Only problem for the people that will be over there is, that as it is Good Friday (21st), I do not think that the pubs open at all.
Is only two days that happens a year and that is normally Xmas day and Good Friday.
So everyone make sure that you buy plenty of carryouts on Thursday Night, or it will be a pretty dry day.

I will check with my local pub on Thursday to make sure I am correct and will post a further update.
