Never did understand the reasoning behind "answering" a question with a link.

We all know the airplane can fly, is nice inside, and generally impressive. But how about the endpoints? The crush of taxis and buses outside the departure terminal, clearing that many people through baggage check in, government issues, waiting area details. Restrooms, food service, things that are not sexy and, honored BM "luv u long time," not funny.

What about the arrival issues? Again, baggage retrieval, customs, changing money, taxis. In the real world does a wave of 800 or so passengers overwhelm the best laid plans? As an aviator and traveler I would like to hear what others have experienced.
