I would suggest the hospital called Samitivej (Srinakarin building)
It is a little more expensive than any other hospital in Bangkok but it's reputation is the best from a Thai point of view for most things.
I only go there, my daughter was born there and all my family only go there.

Also to add if you are going for plastic sugary the last thing you want is it to go wrong and come out looking worse than when you went in.
